Great hotel with great amenities like wi-fi, tv, and luggage storage. The staff even helped me return my forgotten belongings! I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay, and I'm definitely coming back.

The location is perfect, only a 14-minute walk from Bruges Station. You stroll through charming cobblestone streets and pass serene Minnestone Park before reaching the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and offered great recommendations for dinner nearby. My room, although a bit small, was cozy and clean, giving it a cute boutique vibe. I enjoyed the quiet street at night, which allowed me to keep the window open without noise interruption. However, the internet connection was incredibly poor. I struggled to even load Google Maps. Additionally, there was no hairdryer or kettle in my room, which would have been convenient. Prices felt a tad steep, especially for the size of the Small Double Room. Despite these issues, the overall charm of the hotel and its excellent location would make me consider staying here again.

The location was excellent, nestled in a quiet side street yet close to bustling shopping areas. The staff were consistently friendly and offered helpful suggestions. It's also near That’s Toast, a fantastic spot for breakfast. The family room provided a pleasant garden view that added to our experience.

The overall decor felt basic. though it did not diminish our stay significantly.

Staying here was a delight, with the grand place only a short 0.5 km stroll away, and serene views at nearby parks making every walk a treat. the building itself is super cute, adding to the cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home.

The stay was fantastic, especially since the hotel is located within easy walking distance of the Belfry of Bruges and other attractions like the Church of Our Lady. I appreciated the recommendations for nearby dining options, especially Kaffe de passage next door which was amazing. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed and a large bathroom that made it feel luxurious after a day of sightseeing.

We had a fantastic time exploring Bruges with our three teenagers. The hotel was in a perfect spot, just a stroll away from the main attractions, and we appreciated the free breakfasts, a great way to fuel up before sightseeing.

My kids wished the stairway was less narrow.
